More about Mindful Living and Sasha's Work
Sasha’s practice, Mindful Living, LLC, was established in 2011, and operates with the goal to be a calm and inviting space for people to examine how they are living, make choices, feel better, and improve their quality of life.
Through her practice, Sasha offers individual, couple, family, and group therapy. She also offers supervision and consultation work for interns and licensed providers. Sasha has also had the opportunity to provide education and information to the community by being a speaker on mental health concerns.
