Sasha originally trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and then was an early adopter of incorporating mindfulness practices and techniques in her work. In recent years, she has trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and uses techniques and skills from these evidence based treatment modalities to help clients gain awareness of thought processes and everyday behavior in order to develop and master skills to manage stress, alleviate mood and conquer life challenges.
She treats adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing life challenges and mental health concerns including, but not limited, to anxiety and mood disorders, trauma and abuse, parenting concerns, couple conflict, grief and loss, difficulties in the work place, communication difficulties, sexuality and gender concerns, and more.
She sees clients in person at her office or virtually through a secure virtual office, depending on client needs.

What to Expect:
When you reach out to Sasha, she will respond to any questions you might have, then if you both agree to move forward with services, she will send you information to get enrolled in her practice.

This takes anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes. Then your appointment time can be confirmed and you will receive notification of your scheduled appointment.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will spend the entire time working on your needs, not paperwork or anything else.
Sasha does not take insurance at this time.
