
Clinical Supervision
Since 2014, Sasha has served as an Approved Supervisor for Marriage and Family Therapists and Certified Professional Counselor Interns for the State of Nevada. For six years, she was an adjunct faculty member for her alma mater, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV)’s Department of Women’s Studies, and has been requested as a guest lecturer for UNLV's Department of Counseling.

Primary and Secondary Supervison
Sasha provides group and individual supervision for MFT and CPC Interns for the State of Nevada. Her approach is collaborative and her goal is to keep interns on task to complete their internship in a timely manner. As Sasha has worked in many treatment settings herself and as clinical director and administrator, she is able to support interns working across various settings and with diverse populations. Also, Sasha supports interns in navigating ethics in the field as well as professional and business development. Sasha wants interns to feel supported, encouraged, and challenged in supervision. When they complete their internship and obtain their full license to practice the objective is that they are be an asset to the community and continue to grow in the field of mental health.
Consultation
Sasha provides consultation for licensed providers. Upon occasion a licensed provider might need to consult on particularly challenging cases. Sometimes licensed providers need to consult on how to grow in their work and career.
Areas Sasha has supported provider through consultation include, but is not limited to; case management, business development, ethical decision making, and career development.
